Ans. Phatik
was a young boy living in a village with his mother and his younger brother
Makhan. He was the ring leader of the boys of his village. He played games with
them on the bank of the river.

of wood was lying on the mud flat of the river. Phatik thought of a mischief
that if the log was rolled away into the water, its owner would be angry and
surprised, while all the boys would enjoy the fun.

Phatik and his friends were about to roll the log of wood into the river,
Makhan came and sat on the log. They asked him to leave the log and not spoil
